I can't imagine Veach ponying up for a 5'8 Safety with a pretty serious injury history.
He's certainly not going to match up well with Amari Cooper, Demaryus Thomas, Keenan Allen or any of the other division's 6'1+ WR's, not to mention, tight ends. [Reply]

People said this exact stuff before he was drafted and all he’s done is match up well against almost everyone and been one of the best defensive players in the league.
To me, his ONLY concern is his injury history. [Reply]

He can do it, but that injury history--woof [Reply]
Any thoughts on Willie Young? Hes 32 but getting a decent pass rushing OLB isn't that easy. If they could get Young for a cheaper, say 2 year deal, it would give the Chiefs a little time to develop an OLB draft pick. [Reply]

Dude, Veach isn't signing anyone in their 30's.
He's looking for young, cheap, speed.
He wants an attacking defense with guys that can fly all over the field. [Reply]
