Looks good! I would take the spread in every game except 1, 2 and 7. The rest should be good until the last 3 or 4 weeks.

What sucks is how many other plans do I need to sign up for if you live in the KC market?

4 away/away games (everyone remember how much Vermeil hated those?)
week 6 bye
Only 1 game played at the same day and time the next week.
That is brutal, no consistency in anything and with no breaks and odd schedule it is going to be grind at the end of the year.

Texans one away/away games, Ravens 2, both with week 14 byes. Just if you wanted to know who the NFL was choosing this year to be good...

At least there isn't any foreign home games this year.

Next Gen Stats show that Kansas City's passing offense averaged just 6.5 air yards per attempt in 2023, the second-lowest mark in the NFL. The addition of receivers Hollywood Brown (free agency) and Xavier Worthy (Round 1 of the draft) should help change things. The Chiefs also benefit from the fact that their hardest four-game stretch of the season comes late in the slate (Weeks 14-17), which means they have a lot of time to establish their offensive identity before facing the likes of the Chargers, Browns, Texans and Steelers in December.

That’s interesting. I wouldn’t have considered that stretch more difficult than any other.

I’m betting the first four weeks end up being the hardest stretch for us.

Playing on Sunday and the following Wednesday is fucking ridiculous. I hope playoff seeding is settled by Christmas, and KC rests every starter that day.

December will be brutal. Three games in ten days, with two of them being on the road.

Fwiw - we have a Saturday home game against the Texans before the Wednesday Christmas game. Still bad, but not as bad.

I am most confident in one thing this year: the Chiefs fe going to beat the ever loving shit out of the Raiders in both games this year.

It's very incentivized for the Chiefs to dominate early and have the end of the season games not mean much.

6-0 vs the AFC West this season.

All three of those shit teams have given the Chiefs varying degrees of bulletin board material/extra motivation to curb stomp them this season.
