Unless the recipient of the tazer has preexisting heart conditions as far as I know the taze method is one of the safest and most effective ways to stop someone from what they are doing.
Moral of the story: don't be an asshole if you don't want to be tazed and especially don't be an asshole if you have preexisting heart conditions.
