I wasn't optimistic but I was a shade hopeful.
I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time. Just seems like they put 'Walking Dead' in the title for nothing more than easy recognition. I enjoy apocalypse and zombie themes to watch how survivors deal with the world crumbling around them, society collapsing and trying to survive through it all. This is some weird hybrid of daytime soap opera and 24 (Kiefer Sutherland) that is mixing like red wine and ice cream.
Let me know what you think. Maybe it's just starting slow. [Reply]

FTWD is going to show us. The first episode was 95% character building. I will give it a chance.
Ya would've been crazy to see more society going in the shitter. [Reply]

It's fine. His is a stupid comment as there are more than 2 episodes filmed.
My gripe is the music. As it is for others. [Reply]

Yeah they haven't went ape shit. But episode 2 look like shit about to fall so I'll wait until next week. [Reply]
I thought it was badass. I like seeing how the characters react to shit for the first time. It's going to be awesome when the shit really starts to hit the fan. Anarchy!! [Reply]
It was pretty good, I thought. It's probably gonna take a bit for people to warm up to it because of the familiarity of the cast of TWD, but I thought it was a promising start. [Reply]
