#Chiefs’ rookie Breeland Speaks made his presence felt against the Jaguars, totaling seven pressures (2 QB Hits and 5 QB Hurries) on a career-high 56 defensive snaps. He played a combined 60 defensive snaps in weeks 1-4, per @PFF. pic.twitter.com/0sacM3II3B
Yeah he played DE and DT. He's at his best as a 3-tech DT IMO. I was happy they drafted Speaks expecting him to play 5-tech DE in the 3-4 but whatever they did last year was stupid. [Reply]

That's kind of what I thought, and that DT was his best position. The whole OLB thing was stupid, and a waste of a year. [Reply]
Can't say that I'm surprised really....I mean unless the plan is for him to gain some lbs and play inside, which I've mentioned before but people here swear up and down that's not the case.
My guess is that he doesn't amount to shit this season and continues to be a fat out of shape disappointment. Doubt this team signs Okafor and/or makes the trade for Ogbah if they had any faith left in Speaks and KPass. [Reply]
