No, you are giving way too much credit to Miami saying that.
Miami isn't a fast team offensively, we have way way way more speed than they do. No defense can keep up including the Jags.
I'm talking about game-specific strategy, and even if the Jag's can't keep up completely, it would be stupid as fuck to gameplan as if they weren't a fast team.
But by all means, have Reid gameplan a shit ton of all-go routes, and sprinkle in a couple/three skitter-scatter running plays, and then wonder why things didn't do as smoothly as planned afterwards. [Reply]

You watch the game last year by any chance? We didn't win because of tough running by the RB. [Reply]
I think Jacksonville is just about the perfect team to play Week 1.
Josh Allen looks great, so I’m glad his first real game is against the best and most complicated offense he’ll see all year. He’ll really start to figure things out as the season goes on.
Also, Jacksonville will have zero tape of the wrinkles that Andy Reid has added. That’s a big advantage for us. Let them commit to taking Tyreek and Kelce out of the game. We can introduce them to Thompson and Hardman.
I’m also glad that we aren’t playing a great offense. I’d love to see our defense start the season with a strong performance to set the tone for the rest of the year. [Reply]
