I wish I could tell what opinion to trust. But at least on Twitter, a lot of the med professionals seem to be saying without surgery there's decent short-term risk of re-injury (but not much long-term risk as long as he has surgery eventually?). Seems like risk of reinjury is extremely low if he opts for surgery. [Reply]
