I think Dorsey probably wanted the highest GM salary in history. If he didn't get it I think his plan was to go to Green Bay and replace Thompson after he retires next year.
After the Pioli debacle, Clark wouldn't fuck around with a good GM. This was probably 100% Dorsey's decision. [Reply]
