Well, this is not a good thing. Seems a bit out of character for Bragg as he at least APPEARS to be a rather upbeat, enthusiastic and light-hearted sort. Perhaps appearances deceive.

I believe this is his "first offense", so pending the gathering of actual facts, I suspect Bragg will be suspended.....and my guess is that it will not have a specified end date since this appears to be a rather serious offense. I suppose that if the evidence is aggregious, he'll be kicked off the team; but again, given his first offense status, I'm guessing a long term suspension by Self is probably in order. If/when Bragg proves that he has met Self's conditions for being reinstated on the team, I could see that happening....maybe in a summer timeframe.

Still lots of information to garner before positing a final assessment of this situation, but right off the cuff, I do not believe Carlton will be donning KU colors for a few months.

Very sad situation for all parties involved.

Say what you want about Bragg but hes been our best post player by production this yr. Best rebounder per minute. Huge loss for the Jayhawks in an already depleted frontcourt. Time to unleash the fury mitch

I would/do want him off of the team. I wouldn't kick him out of school though. Just don't think he should be able to add to his likeness using the University's name. But, want to wait to hear more details of what actually happened. It really does seem like a strange thing from him.

Obviously more details would help, but only Self will get that.

But he is not staying at KU if kicked off the team. He'll go to a smaller program ala Giddens/Giles/Tyreek/etc.
