There is no reason for him to submit to a test if he's done with the UFC. He supposedly retired when he popped two years ago. Getting tested twice by USADA recently seems to indicate that the UFC may have quietly approached him with a money fight that he couldn't say no to. [Reply]
I love how Herb handled that illegal knee. Sent both fighters to neutral corners, then looked up at the replay showing on the arena jumbotrons. Once he saw both angles, then he decided it was flagrant enough to take a point without a warning. [Reply]
