Well, shit.. apparently I fucked up the recordings, because the main one ended right at the end of the 1st OT, and the next one started with some hockey show.
Oh well... don't know why it took 5 shit games before the real playoff hockey started, but the last two games of that series were the best of the conference finals. [Reply]

And that SUPER sucks. The Sprint center is ripe for an NHL team.
And perhaps what sucks even more for hockey fans in KC is that the Sprint center has been used as a bargaining chip for teams to get what they want out of their current city. It seems like that's the Sprint Center's purpose, for NHL owners to use as a bargaining chip. [Reply]
I'm all for getting it right, and think his skate might have been an eighth of an inch off the ice at the time, but after a while it does get annoying... similar to baseball players having to stay on the base no matter what, because a replay could show they were off the base for a fraction of a second. They should probably side more on not overturning calls that are so close. [Reply]

And even then, I'll fight anyone who says that was CONCLUSIVE. [Reply]

It's a great arena & I believe KC would support hockey. The rivalry with St Louis would be phenomenal.
Hideous penalty by Neal. Nail a guy right out in open ice where everyone and their mother can see. I don't know what he was thinking there. Put his team in a 5-on-3. [Reply]
