We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.

I love me some Bell but we don't need him.
I don't see us refusing to overpay for Ford and Houston but willing to over pay for the easiest position in the NFL to draft. Other than center I think HB is the easiest position to draft each and every year... [Reply]
After trade for Odell Beckham Jr., Browns’ GM John Dorsey and agent Drew Rosenhaus mutually agreed to not to follow through on verbal agreement with WR Breshad Perriman, per @mortreport and me. Perriman now will sign a one-year, $4 million deal with Tampa Bay, per source.
The Chiefs aren't signing Bell.
When was the last time they traded for or signed a free agent who was as big a distraction as Bell? That's not how this franchise rolls. [Reply]

Once you remove all sentimentality from the equation I think Veach made the right moves. Pass rushers and CB's are the most over paid positions in the NFL on D. With the FA options this year (and most years) it makes more sense to draft CB and DE/OLB than it does to sign them. This is where most of your expense comes on D.
I don't think Ford, Nelson, or Houston were worth what they are going to get paid this year. I think the Honey Badger is a top 5 free safety and got paid top 5 money.
I think Berry is worth the money if he's healthy but if he's not it's time to move on from him as well...
They are not going the complete rebuild route. This team is going all in next year, make no mistake. [Reply]

I’d rather have Bell then AB. At least I know he won’t blame Mahomes or coaches for not getting him the ball. All he wants is guaranteed money [Reply]

Bell is not the diva that Brown is. All he wants is to get paid.
Which, when you play a sport with such a short career, I don't blame him for. He hasn't been nearly a distraction at the level of AB. [Reply]
