Speaks finished strong in his final year in Oxford, sacking the quarterback six times in the team's final six games from the defensive end position. I know it's hard for some to understand, but not all players are Patrick Mahomes great the second they take the field. Most players look bad at first, and then, gasp, get better as they play more snaps. Crazy concept. [Reply]
Speaks is going to make me eat some crow and I'm okay with that. But he absolutely needs a year in the weight room because as good as his technique is getting he's still pretty restricted by his lack of athleticism. [Reply]
