I had already graduated and moved away, but I lived a couple years on Mississippi about a block from the stadium in the late 90s.

I suffered through the Terry Allen years mostly, but I do have good memories of watching us beat Mizzou at Memorial.

Lew did kinda oversee the 2008 Championship, that's something Pioli never could do. Although KU basketball is probably kind of similar to the Brady Patriots, where less is more and they'll basically win on their own without the help of pencil pushers.
