He might live in joco. But if you go to the dispensary, you drive the speed limit, use your turn signal and keep your shit in its container until you get home lol [Reply]

Weed is the most embarrassing charge for an officer to issue these days, surprised they would even bother and not issue a slap on the wrist warning. I would roll my eyes so hard, but then again I wouldn't be smoking in my car like an idiot. He should switch to vape, virtually zero chance of getting in trouble. [Reply]

I don't think so... Thought the league changed their policy. Biden is federally decriminalizing anyway, and dude was basically a stones throw away from a state border that would've made it legal. What a pain in the ass for Wayna, JC doesn't fuck around with their probation etc... [Reply]

They will be the last state to stop arresting people for weed I promise you
Every time legalization comes up for discussion in the legislature, the Kansas Sheriff's Association makes a visit to voice their opposition. Law enforcement in Kansas collects over 1.5 million each year in fines for marijuana possession. I imagine that places it second to traffic stops. Somebody should have told Wanya (I grew up in southeast K.C.), you gotta watch out for the po-lice when you're driving through Nut Bush, I mean, Jo. Co. [Reply]

It's not decriminalized, it's being rescheduled to schedule III the same as like ketamine or anabolic steroids [Reply]

Reefers are more dangerous per capita than AR-15s!!! And they make thugs rape white women. How are people still this naive about the single biggest scourge on society?!? [Reply]
