Pee, then stretch for about 5-10 mins. I have weights and a stationary cycle in my basement. I lift and workout for about 45 mins to an hour. Shower, eat and have a cup of joe. Then, I hang out at my house for about an hour, fix breakfast for and talk with my youngest (Sr in HS) before he heads off to school, chit chat with my wife, surf the Net, and then head to the office a little before 8. Tuesday and Thursday: 0630 for class
Saturday: 0730 for parades
Sunday: 0800-1200 depending on how good of a Saturday I had [Reply]
