and he was holding his jersey to slow him down. The jersey comes away from the body with the ref 3 yards away from the play looking directly st the play.
That was the point of putting the challenge in this year. Hopkins makes the catch unless he’s interfered with. They took 7 points away from the Texans with a bad call and then a review.
The rule exists. Just get rid of it if the refs are just going to ignore the rule. [Reply]
Coaches will keep challenging those though even if they know it won’t be changed because it at least takes the guilt out of their hands. If BOB holds his flag there, everyone would be calling him a dumbass. [Reply]
