If I remember right, they were doing CGI post credit scenes with Thanos BEFORE Brolin was cast.
And the CGI is a shit ton better than the CGI in WW was (haven't seen JL). The only reason he looks odd is because you never see Thanos without his helmet. (Or at least rarely) [Reply]

Brolin has been Thanos since the first Avengers movie. [Reply]
Interesting, but not surprising. The biggest problem I had with Civil War was that I expected it to follow the original story much closer. Have had to adjust my expectations on that front, especially with Ragnarok. I enjoyed Ragnarok a lot, and my only disappointment is the lack of a Planet Hulk solo film. Loved the Infinity Sagas, so will just go into it knowing that there is no way they could have done all of them and likely extrapolated bits from each. Definitely a lot of material. [Reply]
Based on the trailer, I think this is what will happen:
Spoiler!
-It looks like Thanos stops at Xandar first to obtain the first infinity stone as seen in GOTG.
-after leaving, they run into Thor and destroy his people.
-Loki somehow stole the Tesseract and seems to have presented it to Thanos in return for failing him before in the first Avengers movie.
-looks like a lot of the battle on Earth is in Wakanda, probably because an infinity stone is located there.
-the black order looks awesome. It appears like they are the one's who capture Vision and obtain his infinity stone.
-storyline will most likely be Thanos obtaining all of the infinity stones in this movie and beginning infinity war.
-Cap is definitely going to die. I think that is whose hand is being held by Stark in the beginning of the trailer.
