So... A cop told him to go around the mess to get into the place, a cop closer to the entrance jumped on his car and arrested the number one golfer in the world, then ruined his pants by shitting them post realization, and we get a mug shot.

Story needs more violence to move the needle, but Buttkicker approves of this breaking news.

If he’s next on the tee, he must be set free.

Not sure why the #1 golfer in the world doesn’t have some sort of VIP escort to facilitate his arrival to a major tournament… probably could have avoided all of this.

This is like Patrick Mahomes being arrested trying to get into the locker room by Baltimore PD. Guy is the undisputed best golfer in the world and get's charged with trying to start WWIII with the Louisville PD as he's driving into practice.

Get this: The vehicle he was in was marked at as a Golfer Courtesy car according one outlet. IF that was visible...wtf was Det Gillis doing by telling Scottie to go to the back of the line of cars? Oy veh.

Oh...and Scottie is 1 off the lead.

Apparently that cop wanted to live out his fantasy of jumping on a car hood.

ESPN reporter Jeff Darlington said Scheffler, the No. 1 player in the world who was to start the second round at 8:48 a.m., drove past a police officer a little after 6 a.m. in his SUV with markings on the door indicating it was a PGA Championship vehicle.

The officer screamed at him to stop and then grabbed onto the car until Scheffler stopped about 10 yards later, Darlington said. The officer, identified in the arrest report as Det. Gillis, was dragged “to the ground” and suffered “pain, swelling, and abrasions to his left wrist” after the car “accelerated forward,” according to Louisville police.

Scheffler was booked at 7:28 a.m. — about 2 1/2 hours before his updated tee time after the second round was delayed because of the fatality. In addition to the assault charge, he was booked on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and disregarding traffic signals from an officer directing traffic.

I just don't think the Golfers should be going into the same entrance as everybody else, nor the vendors for that matter, but I am guessing this will be the last PGA Championship in Kentucky for a long time and it certainly won't be at Valhalla.

I really wanted this to be on Sheffler cuz he's so boring and ruining golf because of it but I guess based on this info I just cant. Sounds like the police officer had his ego hurt. Maybe this will actually help Sheffler be thought of as less boring. These Scottie muhshot shirts are wonderful.
