At the very least he should have been fined for the dustup with his coach and then slamming the entire organization on national tv in a profanity-laced rant.

I also think part of what may have him annoyed is, they can't pay all those guys, they have cap issues and more guys than just him who want to be paid after giving a backup QB a huge contract.
Jacksonville is years away from competing.
How do they get closer to competing by trading away one of the best players in the league who's 24 years old though? [Reply]

This isn't a regular job though, so that doesn't work.
If you want to let players leave and force their way around like they do in the NBA, fine. But we might want to realize we cheer for a pretty small market team and it'll burn us at some point before we do. [Reply]
The Jaguars are a great case study for how to not build a team...
Trade for and pay a backup QB a big contract
Use top 10 draft choice on a RB
Give a huge contract to a guard in FA who has since sucked
Give aging DL in Campbell who is still good, a huge deal
Sign your MLB to an extension..
All this leads to them losing the most important young players a CB and DE along with Dareus who is much younger than Campbell. [Reply]

I didn't say it would work. I just said that's probably what Khan is telling him right now. They don't seem eager to trade him, do they? [Reply]
