The run defense isn't good. Don't get me wrong.

Does the NFL fall under FMLA? If so he could really push this without punishment for 12 weeks. He likely wouldn't get paid but the team couldn't punish him for being gone.

but....BUT....normally when player's wives give birth, the player is literally gone for 2 maybe 3 days and hardly EVER miss a game. This states that Ramsey is going to be away from the team until he is ready to return....he's holding out without holding out.
