I hope they find a way to keep him.
I said most of last year that he is our second best defensive player. He does everything.
I don't know what Veach is going to do, but I hope we have Snead and McDuffie together for a long time. [Reply]
This was after the Vikings game, but I'm just now seeing it. Speaks volumes.
Justin Reid: "He's an old school corner that you don't see anymore." Mike Edwards: "We got great corners, we expect that from those guys." Trent McDuffie: "He's a dog out there, people better wake up."#Chiefs Secondary on L'Jarius Sneed. pic.twitter.com/36BhX5w7VM
It's great that McDuffie in that clip talks about learning from Sneed. McDuffie is playing fantastic and he's a first-round pick, but he's still humble. [Reply]
I honestly forgot how awesome it was to have a great defense. I enjoy watching these guys play so much, actually more than the offense at the moment. I haven't said that in a long time, and Sneed was a big part of that transformation. Since his rookie year he has been coming out and laying it all on the line every week. He stood out immediately because of his tenacity, and he hasn't let up one bit.
It's infectious, and other guys feed off it. [Reply]
