Nzoner's Game Room>***The Official MMA Thread***

Excited about an upcoming fight? Want to make predictions, or just give people a heads-up that there are some fights on? We can do it here.

(Also a good place to complain, dicuss, and agrue about the outcomes)

When? Condit took some shots as he usually does but was never dazed and confused. The only time one of them was wobbly was the one Robbie took behind the ear but he recovered pretty quick.

You must have stopped watching before the 5th round. Condit was out on his feet for like the last 2 minutes.

Dana White basically said that Miocic gets the winner of Werdum/Velasquez.... but who knows until a title fight is actually announced since they frequently back out of promises.

What the hell fight were you watching? We can all debate who won round 3, but Lawler nearly had Condit knocked out in round 5 twice. Could also be an argument that the fight could have been stopped

Condit had the volume though, no doubt.

You mean when he was returning fire the whole time? Just not as effectively as Lawler. He even said after the fight as was never hurt "neurologically".

Retarded. He kept trading until the bell sounded.

In pain, yes. Going out or quitting? Not even close. I have never seen a guy take punches like he does. Lawler takes a hell of a shot to though. He took some viscuous PED loaded Hendicks shots.

He was returning fire like Rousey was returning fire up until the moment she took a shin to the jaw.

I dont have to, lol. I don't need to rewind the fight to know that Condit was hanging on by a thread at the end of round 5. How you can say Condit was clearly in it until the end blows my ****ing mind.

hilarious, embarrassing moment in the press conference. One of the reporters thought Tumenov (wearing a hat) was Lawler, and asked him a question as if he were Lawler. Dana was confused why the translater wasn't doing his job, the reporter kept trying to say never mind, I made a mistake, the translater was explaining to Dana what happened, then finally it dawned on Dana: "wait.... you cover MMA, and you thought that was Robbie Lawler?" Hilarity ensues.

Because they were standing there going toe to toe. Robbie fot the better of the exchange but if you thought Condit was about done dont know much about MMA or have seen another Condit fight.

In 39 career fights he has never been KOd.. i assure you it wasnt close to being the 1st.time

:-)

You don't need to know shit about MMA to see that Condit was trying to make it to the bell. He was taking shot after shot and wobbling on his feet with hands down. I mean holy shit dude...
