Let Jacksonville sit in their greedy little hands. Offer a 1, or a 2 and 3. If they don't take it move the fuck on. Acting out of desperation will always result in overpaying. Losing Chris Jones should be out of the question. He is arguably a top 3 DL in the NFL right now. Losing him in the future for a CB now, would be monumentally stupid.

LB could obviously stand to be upgraded.

Not sure that the DL could realistically be upgraded though. The 4 starters are fine. Ogbah and Kpassagnon are solid depth too. Maybe we could get another rotational interior DL.

We’ll know more about the DL this week when they face a more traditional offense.

Too many people are getting carried away about the run defense. We played a team who have one of the very best running games In the league and a QB who is electric running the ball and they only kept the ball five minutes longer than us despite going for it on 4th down so many times. This is a unit that will hopefully get better and better as they go forward. Ramsey changes our secondary and makes sure that hail mary's like the ones Jackson threw on Sunday don't garner two TD's as a result.

Last week isn't a good barometer. That's a really difficult offense to stop, and by far the most prolific running attack in the league.

They make every team look inept and our guys hung in there pretty damn well. Up until the 4th qtr we were whoopin' dat ass pretty good.
