It makes everything easier. Obviously it gives him more room for error than a noodle arm QB on pretty much any throw.
But you even see the benefits on short throws for YAC. The quicker the ball gets there, the easier it is for the receiver to make some good moves after the catch. [Reply]

Goff was drafted #1 from the same system, actually a more dumbed down version of it. Tony Franklin (Cal OC for Goff) brought that system to high school teams.
