With all this talk about teams only rushing 3-4...then dropping everyone back as a way to combat this offense. Now what?
Veach just made his chess move...your turn NFL.
Bell against 3-4 man fronts "should" get them creeping back towards the the line...cant wait to see both CEH and Bell in the same backfield. I hope they keep dropping their LBs...then start gouging them for 7 yards a pop on screens. [Reply]

The Chiefs need competent IOL to make it feasible [Reply]

When was the last time LB ripped off a run longer than 45 yards? You are living in the past. LB hasn't taken a handoff for more than 45 yards since 2014.:-) It amazes me that so many CP'ers think that this signing is good and are excited about it. The guy is injury prone and hasn't really done anything since he played for the steelers. [Reply]

Veach/Andy put together a SB winning roster. They think Bell can help us so until proven wrong we should trust. End of discussion about his worth. [Reply]

1) Elite pass blocker - critical in an Andy Reid offense w/ the best QB in the league behind him
2) Elite receiver out of the backfield and even in the slot. 15 finds anyone that's open.
3) Not expecting crazy or particularly long runs from him. That's never been his thing anyway. If he can get 3 yards on 3rd-and-2, that helps.
I don't expect great stats, and those who don't watch will have no clue how Bell plays, but he adds value to the team. At the veteran minimum salary. [Reply]
Bell played at Hall of Fame level with the Steelers, then went to the Jets to pay for sins he committed earlier in life, and now he’s out of purgatory and if he is only 80% of what he was in Pittsburg, it’s going to be awesome to watch. [Reply]
