Nolan and Zack Snyder, definitely an interesting team. There are already rumors now that Zod is going to be the villain.
I have to say I'm excited that it "appears" they aren't going to go totally out of left field and do something stupid and out of character for Superman. [Reply]
Now that certain comic book movies have done so well in cinema it seems everyone expects all comic book movies to be either the serious toned Dark Knight or the overly flashy and fun Avengers. We all need to bring it back down to earth and understand that these movies, while amazing and awesome, are the exceptions to the rule. If I see Superman, doing what he does best (saving the world, flying at super speed, having a god like fist fight with Zod and his army) I'm gonna be happy when I leave that theater. I'm not going to see this movie for the human element of it, I"m going to see it because with today's technology that they didn't have during Superman 2, that fist fight between Zod's army and Superman is going to be off the fucking chain. The only way they could screw it up imo is if it all moves too fast, but the reviews state that isn't the case. [Reply]
I think this movie will be good and i expect to be solid. It looks to have a more serious tone than the Iron Mans but under The Dark Knight movies. Maybe it will be at the level batman begins or TDKR level was or slightly lower? If the nerds love it thats a good sign
I had super high expectations for TDKR and i still loved it [Reply]

What does that even mean?
It means they love it, but don't want to come across as loving a comic book movie. [Reply]
