Oh now we gon get all classy??
No shame in my game, I like molten velvetta w/Rotel or whatever else in a cheese dip. It just a tortilla chip.

I'm trying to put together a recipe in my head. I did a google search and I see a lot of recipes using white American cheese for a more "authentic mexican" style dip served in restaurants. Thinking the following so far?
1 lb White American cheese
1/2 pound sausage
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 quarter pack of Taco seasoning
Is the cream of mushroom soup too much or just use milk or half/half?

If you've never heard of a cheese with the word "American" in the name. It's the lowest of the low "cheese". May as well use velvetta.

I'm partial to the Italian cheeses.

It's white cheese not Velveetor. Although they do make it, never seen it.

I love Queso and beer cheese.
Two of my favorites of all time.
