POS idiot fucking manager. I’m sick of this shit. He should have been allowed to pitch with a base open but when it was loaded the switch needed to be made. [Reply]

Just like last year, and the year before, and the year before.
How about not leaving a guy in to pitch bases loaded when he’s clearly rusty. Kind of reminds me when he brought Wacha in to pitch game 5 NLCS. [Reply]

they guy missed spring training and pitched 2 innings of “A” ball. You then throw him out there in the freezing cold. That’s a steep hill to climb.
Hicks is the only consistent pitcher in the pen. Matheny is going to overuse him and fuck him up. :-) [Reply]

Yeah I don’t mind trying to use Holland there but after the first 2 walks it was clear he wasn’t ready. The intentional walk was technically the right call in that spot but you have to bring in Norris in that spot. [Reply]
I wouldn’t mind seeing what kind of return the Cards could get for Marp later in the season if they are still floating around .500 or worse. His defense is horrible and he’s an absolute headcase with the whole can’t hit anything other than leadoff. [Reply]

they just need to bat Carp at leadoff. The overwhelming statistics don’t lie. If we want some production, he has to go there. [Reply]
