Ok, question - we all know the story of Justice League with Snyder and how he dropped out. Knowing that, are they trying to give him the opportunity to finish it in HIS vision, or is this a panic move because Marvel is pulling away so fast in the cinema world, not to mention how they killed it with introducing Thanos, one of their biggest bads?
Is this going to work, or not?
Snyder is doing this for free. He's not taking a dime in salary or bonuses.
WarnerMedia, on the other hand, is desperately trying to attract subscribers to HBO Max. They know that the "Snyder Cut" is something fans have wanted since the original version was released in theaters and felt that it was worth a $75 million dollar investment.
I'm certainly not a fan of the 4:3 instead of Widescreen release but they're not coming for my dough because I've been an HBO subscriber for 23+ years and counting.
Whether it actually "works" or not remains to be seen. [Reply]

Plus Cavill broke his leg on the Witcher set. I imagine he’s over it by now but probably pushed his workload back further. [Reply]
Probably going to fire up man of steel and bvs extended cut this week and skip the original JL and watch this on the weekend. Looks like I'll enjoy it based on reactions. [Reply]

You'll need a computer. It's not on HBO Max. Only available via pirate sources at the moment. If you don't know how to make that work, you'll have to wait. [Reply]

I only made it half way through the movie, and got too tired. Too much bourbon last night, and fuck, it's long. The story is much better so far. Weird, but better. There's some pretty bad CGI though. I'll finish it tonight. [Reply]
I'm sure some will hate watch it anyway. It has a 78% on RT on 144 reviews which is a pleasant surprise. I'll probably watch this weekend. Watched MOS last night and again and still love it. Going to watch bvs extended today hopefully so I can catch up. Hope people enjoy it that have been looking forward to it. [Reply]
