To be fair mcduffie was running deebos routes for him and aiyuk was getting beat the fuck up at the line by sneed. [Reply]
Former Bills All-Pro CB Tre’Davious White intends to sign a one-year, $8.5 million deal with a max value up to $10 million with the Los Angeles Rams, per sources.

So does that mean he was traded for a 5th rd value pick since that pick is 2 years away? :-)
Trade: Eagles are sending edge-rusher Haason Reddick to the New York Jets for a conditional 2026 third-round pick that could be a second, sources tell ESPN.
The 2026 pick becomes a 2nd if Reddick has 67.5% playtime this season and has 10 or more sacks. If not, it’s a 2023 third pic.twitter.com/AcjiqZE2L4
Reddick 29 and has 50 sacks in the last 4 years. Double-digit sack artist the last 4 consecutive years and he goes for a conditional 2026 3rd.
Everyone pissed at Veach for the Sneed trade compensation needs to understand that the NFL seems to have changed.
Justin Fields
LJ Sneed
Haason Reddick
Brian Burns
All those players that got traded were for less value than anticipated bc of they were either getting a big new contract or were at the end of their cheap rookie contract. [Reply]

No denying that there's a pattern. If this was last offseason, and Sneed was coming off a similar type of season, we probably get a 2nd. [Reply]

You think if it becomes a 2023 3rd, they get to go back through the 3rd round last year and take whatever player they wish? Or does it have to be whomever the Eagles took in that round? [Reply]

Teams aren’t as willing to follow the Les Snead “F those picks” school of championship building. Honestly I believe that KC winning the SB two years ago had more impact on how GMs value players than anything else.
They trade Tyreek (who’s on a HOF path) in his prime and used those picks to build this team which as a sum is better than the loss of Hill. KC won a SB while starting 6-7 rookies and those rookies were critical in that SB win and this one. That same class of players as well as the one before and after are a huge reason why KC is in a strong position to be the first ever team to three peat.
Picks are starting to hold more value because if they hit, you can do a lot of stuff while those players are cheap. [Reply]
