About to hit the 5000 post mark on the old thread, the first season 7 trailer today seems like the right time to start the final Game of Thones thread.
I'm going back to the original rules pre-2015. I don't think we need supervision or bannings. Just don't be a dick. Post anything you find online that hasn't aired yet inside of spoiler tags. That's pretty much it. I think we can all handle that...

GOT is the first thing they have ever done. To not give it some room to finish the right way is not a good sign from them going forward. They get tired at the end of the Star Wars trilogy, they just phone it in like they did with GOT? [Reply]
The leaks are out there. The ending is terrible and stupid if true. I think the leaks are correct and they have a very stupid ending that makes no sense. [Reply]
I'm prepared to be disappointed tonight, but not even due to the show's decline in quality. It's just hard as hell to wrap up a great story, especially one with the scope of A Song of Ice and Fire.
Even incredible shows like The Sopranos and The Wire had underwhelming endings. In fact, I can only think of a couple I've watched with memorable, satisfying endings (Breaking Bad and The Office). [Reply]
I think it would have been interesting to have Jon die killing the NK and then have Dany go Mad Queen because of his death and the fact that Cersei didn’t help them. Dany could torch Kings Landing and Arya could then kill her. [Reply]
