yeah he says something like “that motherfucker is pulling up the pitches into the strike zone” l could see that setting Molina off.
If you are not framing and pulling pitches into the strike zone you are not even going to make it into professional baseball. That’s a baseline skill. I don’t know why the manager would bring that up. It’s not cheating.
But, you can’t touch the umpire. Even if you have no beef with the umpire, no history of issues, you can’t touch the ump. That’s true in all sports. These are athletes in their prime, you can’t have them pushing around umpires even if it’s inadvertent. He should have been ejected. I bet the league suspends him for a game soon. [Reply]

and today he brings out Bowman again. And Leone again. Both are already overworked recently and cost us the game. Why carry all these relievers if your only going to use the same 3-4 at every opportunity? Matheny has to be forced change. [Reply]

This is what people who don’t follow the team everyday don’t understand. Exactly why there is so much negativity in this thread. [Reply]

and Flaherty throws a 7 innings/1ER/11 strikeouts outing in Memphis. Be nice to have that production in St. Louis.:-) [Reply]
