Call it like it is, the Royals have some talent to build on with an aging catcher ( looks like we have that in the minors too ), especially the young pitching. With the upcoming crew in the minors, they are closer to competing than most people here give them credit for.
Our biggest hurdle IMHO is Matheny! I do not like his lineups, who he has on his roster nor how he handles the pen! I do believe that he will keep us from reaching anything more than a few playoff appearances. [Reply]
