Looks like it might be only $14M guaranteed with a cap hit in 2019 of like $7M. If that's the case, Veach got a BIG bargain. That would make the signing much, much easier to swallow.
I hope he can return to form, he was a great player in AZ.

Badger was well liked by the fan base in Houston and I know the FO and coach O'Brien wanted to bring him back but apparently not as much as the Chiefs wanted him.
Texans are just a fair to midland team unlike the Chiefs who were just an offsides penalty away from the Super Bowl so the attraction of a ring probably was also a factor, I dunno ?

Hell, I'm cool with him as a backup...I just don't want the guy as a starter.
