Sources: The #Seahawks and #Chiefs are deep in talks on a trade to send star Frank Clark to KC. The compensation would include a 1st rounder, a 2020 2nd rounder and a swap of mid-rounders. To complete it, the franchise tagged player and Chiefs must hammer out a deal.

Hunt was a unique situation. Video that goes viral, creates outrage, distraction in the middle of a potential SB run, was already gone for the rest of the year and at least half of the next, and he played RB. Can’t underestimate the positional value here.
I'm not a huge fan of trading the 29, however at 29 there is no guarantee the player would be an impact player.
If I heard that the Chiefs drafted a solid edge rusher that fits the scheme and has no injury history, who fell in the draft to 29 due to some off field issues 5 years ago....I'd probably be good with that.
I've spent a lot of years concerning myself with the price of contracts and impacts on salary cap....and i've never seen a championship. F it. It's not my 105M.
The entire team can't be choir boys....Clark is a known commodity, he's a proven pass rusher and he'll be an upgrade at a position of need.
My prediction is, by week 3 fans will be happy with this player being a Chief....until he gets in trouble.
Bring me the Big trophy and I don't care.... [Reply]

Don’t like: turning Dee Ford and a first-round pick into Frank Clark and a better third-round pick. That price is a bit high.
Hate: Adding another domestic violence guy to the team. I know the Michigan stuff is in the past and he wasn’t charged and she hit him first and all of that, but that’s an awfully big risk to take on while the Tyreek Hill stuff is ongoing.
Why don't you go back into your closet with your Tyreek voodoo doll and continue to curse him and hope for his outright release? [Reply]
Huge fan of this trade. We were not getting an impact player at 29, and to trade up to get an UNPROVEN COMMODITY would've cost at LEAST the 2nd next year.

Clark shows off his athleticism against one of the best LT in the league. Run coming his way, closes off the edge and forces Elliot back inside to pursuit. Takes away Smith’s angle on the block. pic.twitter.com/wB5o6hUMhI
