I have been amazed at the level of growth this team has shown since the Gonzaga game. After watching that game, I was certain that winning the Big 12 wasn't on the table for this team.

But, I feel like our best 8 man rotation was identified sooner than in previous years, and that our rotation has gelled as a team much sooner than in previous seasons.

Watching that Gonzaga game, we looked terrible on defense, but it's clear that game was an outlier.

We may lack depth when it comes to bigs, but at any given moment in the game we have a very strong group of shooters on the floor, who are also very versatile on defense and are able to switch everything.

We still may not be able to win the Big 12 league title this year, but it's not going to be because we are not as talented as we were in the past, but because Baylor is just very, very good.

Although, I am still holding out hope that Scott Drew will do Scott Drew things, and Bill Self will do Bill Self things.

I think the major thing about this team is the ball movement. We're constantly rotating and making the defense work which in turn leads to mistakes and wide open shots. I'm not a basketball coach or expert by any means but I'm loving the fundamentals from this team.

KU getting crushed in the 1st half. Need to take more threes (only six on the game), but UT is doing a great job defending them and running them off the line in a way WVU wasn't.
