There is nothing poorly targeted with my internet "revenge" rants...it's deliberate. I'm well aware that pointing out her morbid obesity is a cheap shot...but judging from the wording in her texts, it's something she's conscious about. She's materialistic, self-serving and shallow.
I want it to affect her on a emotional level...it's her inherent mode of operation... the "feels"...it why she mentions "stress-eating".
If you want to destroy someone...exploit their weakness. I want her gone...banished in shame.
Attacking her journalistic integrity? Nah...she doesn't have any...that's pointless. From a strictly literary standpoint...she's terrible and offers no original insights..
Cheap shot for a cheap shot...or did everyone forget about her critiquing Hill's punctuation....that and trying to ruin his career to further hers.
It's not a lack of empathy...its a dedication to protect/preserve empathy. Dont confuse the two...The Star, obviously, has none. [Reply]

Because it's definitely for sale.
The major Denver newspaper spent a ton of money to build a large fancy building in downtown Denver right as the newspaper industry started collapsing. It may have not been a bad decision in retrospect, because the real estate market is strong and they subleasing a lot of space now. I half-suspect that they're making more money right now by leasing the building than they are by running a newspaper. [Reply]
This is one battle Id like to see CHunt take on personally. He has nothing to lose by doing so that I can see. A falling medium grasping for relativity just did all they could to get their name ahead of what is most likely the biggest thing in KC for the foreseeable future.
Either by forcing them to write a retraction and apology for their reckless reporting or relieving Pryor of her job.
It would be a minimal loss for the franchise and put the rest of the local media on notice that it wont be tolerated.
It was one thing to report it, another to edit audio to paint a player in a worse light, and another to try and sweep it under the rug by not acknowledging it after the facts came out. [Reply]
