We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.
It's funny to me. Some of you guys talk of Dee Ford's injuries like he was Jason Verrett.
It is absolutely true that he has a history of injuries but after his season last year, a tag is a no brainer and exposes you to little risk as it is a one-year deal. [Reply]
I'd rather cut Houston, and sign Flowers, a young ascending player. Tag and trade Ford, nab a #2. Then you can stay put and have a #1 pick and 3 #2's or package some #2's and move up into the first again. Either way you get younger and more talented. [Reply]

The risk is that you're using $15M of 2019 cap on Ford.
He's your 2019 free agency period. Just him.
These dream scenarios involving Collins and Ramsey and all that stuff are just that - dreams. [Reply]
