We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.

You don't get depth signings on day 1.
You make players offers that are so good they don't want to risk shopping them. Today is the 'buy it now' day of FA shopping when everyone you sign, you're going to be overpaying for.
Now if you want to overpay for your depth, well good for you. But that's...stupid.
Depth signings come later. Probably start to trickle in next week and then again after the draft with a final round right before camps. [Reply]
