Chiefs likely will have running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire but be without Le'Veon Bell for today’s AFC Championship Game against the Buffalo Bills, per source.
Additionally, the Chiefs will test WR Sammy Watkins pregame, but don’t sound optimistic he will play today.

Which led to more of a short passing game. Claypool, Johnson, and even Washington would’ve been targeted more than JuJu with more of a downfield/vertical passing game.
It was a good thing for JuJu’s game/strengths, not a bad thing. [Reply]

If the defense starts sitting on short routes knowing the QB is limited, it's not good for anybody.
And I say this as someone who thinks Juju is a #2. But some team will try to over pay him to be their #1. [Reply]
If Sammy doesn't resign go ahead and draft Kadarius Toney in the 1st and let's freaking roll. With Hill and Kelce good luck covering that human joystick 1 on 1. Watch the quickness on his breaks 1:35 of this video.

Bet it's like for only a hand full of plays before he pulls himself out of the game. This has been going on for like 5 weeks, so I don't have my hopes up... [Reply]

Having seen a few of the "human joysticks" in the NFL, I didn't really see anything there that remotely qualifies. Not saying he couldn't/wouldn't be great, just didn't see much there that I thought "Damn!". [Reply]
