A bit of an overpay, though considering that Daniel Jones got $40 million/yr, they basically had to pay Trevor that much. At least JAX can go to bed knowing that their QB will be significantly more successful than Daniel Jones, so the $$$ won't sting as much? [Reply]

If you actually think he’s a clone of Daniel Jones, you haven’t seen that his peak play and ceiling are well above. That’s just a reality. There’s no one in the sport who would dispute that.
I don’t think he’s come close to living up to the hype, but I think there are times when he’s played at an extremely high level. His problem has been consistency.
