He should have just accepted the crazy loose cannon label, apologized and been done with it. Now he carry's the race card playing Smollett label, which is even worse.
#Browns DL Myles Garrett has been reinstated following his suspension that took him off the field for the end of the 2019 season, source says. He met with the league office on Monday.

We went over this when it happened. Mason lost control, and went looking for a fight with a much bigger foe. Either he actually thought that he could take a guy that could rip him in half, or he's very used to someone always bailing him out. There weren't any heroes in this situation, only villains [Reply]
The guy should have been tossed in jail and thrown out of the NFL.
I had a teammate get seriously hurt in a similar incident, and that was HS ball. If the kid using his helmet as a weapon had been bigger and stronger it would have been real serious. [Reply]

We've all been there. And would all be in jail if we weren't lucky enough to not be held to this standard [Reply]

You're an idiot. I don't know why you feel like you have to defend a total piece of shit. We've all been there before? Most people can keep their cool, no matter what was said or what other stupid excuse a person wants to come up with. The guy didn't just get into a typical fight. He decided to use his helmet and could have potentially killed MR and his punishment was to miss a few games to end the shitty Browns season and lost some money. He should miss this next season without pay at minimum and to be honest he should never play again. If the NFL wants to pretend that they care about player safety, then they needed to make this punishment way worse. [Reply]
