Thought this was another Jeudy reference (regarding his interactions with women).

I wonder if this would be funny if he had punched someone.

Probably still no.

Last season, they didnt throw the ball down field and were terrible offensively...he had a 35 passer rating for the year.

So his numbers took a hit the moment Ben's elbow gave out...he still put up a 9 TD season. Brown left too...so teams could focus on him.

Veach tried to get him last year...JSS made a bad career decision and stayed while BB fell apart.

I'd say it's realistic to expect somewhere between 900-1100 with Mahomes barring injury...definitely with the potential for more. Teams wont be able to focus on him with Kelce and others.

He seems to be victim of circumstance and is only 25...
I definitely think that's realistic... of the group added, JSS has strong upside no doubt about it. I was more looking at your reference to the season he had a few years ago and wondering if you are calling him elite now. That's all.

JSS definitely had an elite season and is a young guy. In the right offense, which KC should be for him... he can be a big weapon. I just always question the WR2 guys that move on to be the guy in a new scheme. Yes, Kelce is there and it's likely going to pay off well. Was just wondering if your elite declaration was speaking to his career to date.

I was saying that you generally dont have 1400+ yards at 21 then just fall of cliff...unless you have multiple serious injuries. Big Rape's decline and Brown leaving the same year likely both factored in.. So it's hard to accurately gauge him at this point...other than he is capable of putting up elite numbers in the right environment. Was he not capable of being a true #1...or was Ben's failing arm playing into his reduced stats?

He is the most interesting storyline for the KC 2022 season.

Coleman is interesting too...broke his hand in his 3rd game as a rookie...then broke his hand in week two the next season and placed on IR. Kizer was the Browns starting QB. Then tore his ACL on the 1st day of training camp after being traded the Giants...then was suspended for 6 games in 2021 and sat out.

That's one ****ed up career path...he hasn't ever played a full season...so who knows.

He was drafted 15th overall...I'm not expecting much but he had nothing but trash QBs on terrible teams when he was healthy. He had 104 yards in his second ever game...

The AFC West has always been cyclical; teams rise and fall. I think the Broncos will be better than previous years however the Chiefs and Chargers both have stronger teams. I think the real key for the Broncos is if their defense can play up to the same level as prior years; even with Lock, they gave the Chiefs a hard time. Although, last year was rather odd for KC; at times the Chiefs looked absolutely unstoppable and at others, they looked absolutely lost. Like the second game vs the Broncos...

Coleman, Ross, and Gordon will all be interesting to watch. If even one of them is able to play to half their potential, this could quietly be a really solid WR room. Coleman has allegedly looked good in workouts. Who knows what a full offseason might do for Gordon. Not expecting much, but I’d think there’s a decent chance that one of the three contributes.

Writing up my practice observations now.

Greg Dulcich looks like a dangerous weapon. Other teams could rue the day they let the #Broncos get him. https://t.co/henxFIApp0

He’s not the type, at least at this stage in his career, who can throw the team on his back and go far. He still throws a great deep ball, but teams know how heavily he relies on it and started to shut it down by playing two deep the last year and a half.

Their offense can be good if they have a consistently productive running game. But people need to keep in mind that things didn’t go that well the last year and a half with better WRs and pass protection that ranked the same as Denver’s. Not to mention a really good coach.

See.... that’s the right attitude to have. Don’t expect much, and you won’t be disappointed. Good for you! That’s the right attitude to have when you’re in the same division as Patrick Mahomes. It’ll all be over in about 16-20 more years.

I like you better when you are harassing Donko fans instead of Chiefs fans.

Another warning...

"I can see the @Broncos going 13-4 & people saying, 'Huh? Wow.'
They've been a QB away from relevance for nearly half a decade.
They've loaded up at just about every other position.
Russell Wilson is a giant upgrade at QB & I think the results will be immediate." -@PSchrags pic.twitter.com/NzEureYrXY
