You would have to hate this format if your team is stacked. Any other Card playoff team and you would be feeling pretty good, but this lineup is pocket deuces going up against a flop of all paint...it isn't likely to last past the turn. [Reply]

Baseball will eventual expand to 32 and the 8 team playoff will be here to stay. My proposal is this for the Wild Card round. The 3 game series at 4 division winners (you know this coming when they go to 32). Division winner only has to win 1, wild card has to win 3. I think that would put some excitement and urgency in the wild card round, while making sure regular season is still important. [Reply]
