He won't be out longer than a game. He's already been productive for them and got a strip sack week 1. Replacing Ford with Clark is fine in itself, just saying the technical current 1st for future 2nd swap wasn't great for 2 players so close in talent. [Reply]
More from Jalen Ramsey on @uninterrupted: “Requesting the trade was something that has kinda been building over a little bit of time. It has nothing to do with my teammates. I love them... Nothing to do with the city... It was more so w/ the front office and the organization."
"Most of us were like 'No, we want to tie it up, we want to put it on the defense. We were feeling confident, and we felt like we had the momentum. We wanted them to really trust us."

Lol yea I’m sure Ford won’t be hurt again, or this thing won’t linger. 100%! [Reply]

No you're not. No GM bats 100%. Veach has played a big hand in this team's success, including its culture change.
You're guilty of tunnel vision because you only want to harp on what you perceive are his failures, even if it is way too soon to tell on most of it. [Reply]

Other than that he's been good.
Nah. I'm getting pretty fed up with his inability to address the CB position for the long term. Couldn't make a deal at the deadline last year for Peterson, failed to draft anyone this year (pick went to Clark, who needs to get his ass in gear very quickly) and now he's on the verge of strike 2 this year trying to trade for a CB [Reply]
Jalen Ramsey's last game as a Jaguar tonight should be scouted league-wide like a top 5 draft pick's pro day. Jaguars have the option of sitting or showcasing him. Think they showcase him to drive up the bidding war in a game they desperately need

What corner has been moved/drafted/signed that Veach could’ve acquired but didn’t? Somebody that has gone on to play well and we really could use right now?
The last two years have been absolutely awful in terms of the cornerback market. It’s hard to put that on Veach when you look at the big picture. [Reply]

I straight up said the options in the post. Peterson at the trade deadline last year, Murphy or Ya-Sin in the draft this year, and Fitzpatrick and Ramsey in the trade market this year. [Reply]
