LOL, these people should be watching Bill fall apart without Tom and realize they need to make their franchise QB happy.

Referring to him as “the player” is a bad way to rebuild that relationship.

Watson is good but you can see from a mile away that he is not a guy you’re winning a super bowl with unless everything around him is perfect.

Any team that mortgages their future for him in a trade will be making a MASSIVE mistake.

Easy to say now, if this was 2014 we'd all be saying to give up whatever they want.

Mahomes has spoiled some of y'all, players like Watson don't come around often and are hard to get.

The Chiefs were far and away the better team than the Texans.

If you knew anything about football, you would have smarter takes.
That Chiefs defense was playing a lot better, and they were sneaky good, but they weren't the 2000 Ravens.

Deshaun had the best WR, a great LT, and an underrated ground game. And he laid down and fucking died.

Like a fucking loser.

Teams DeShaun Watson would elevate to instant title contenders:

Washington
Chicago
San Francisco
Indy

Playoff contenders that would be elevated:
Buffalo
Tennessee
Tampa
Cleveland
Pittsburgh
Miami
Saints
Rams

That’s damn near 1/2 the league.

Yeah, I mean, why does he have to be mahomes. If he's even Philip rivers, a guy notorious for not winning big games, that's one hell of a get for a qb starved team. We've gotten spoiled by having mahomes. We would have all given our left nut to trade for Watson 10 years ago.

If I was the Jets I'd offer whatever they wanted...

He'd also be a significant upgrade for most playoff teams like the browns and titans.

And the Jets, Carolina, Minnesota, giants, raiders and patriots as teams who become serious playoff teams overnight.

We are seriously, unbelievably, spoiled. Partly Andy's fault, tbh. Reid showcases plays that are the literal envy of the league. EVERY FUCKING WEEK.

And now we have Mahomes running the show, taking everything to a level the NFL has never seen before. Never even imagined before.

If Mahomes never existed, we'd all be happily begging to slob Veach's knob to have a guy like Watson running this offense.

Would it be the same?

Hell to the fucking no.

But it would be about a lightyear better and more dynamic than anything Alex Smith could do with these weapons and this offense. We'd probably still be sitting on a SB victory and maybe still be looking at winning one this year. Some of you guys are flat fucking nutz. Watson isn't Mahomes, but he's probably just about the next best thing, outside of Rodgers or Wilson.

I think Carolina is going to be the sleeper team to get Watson.

Dude how many qbs in this nfl not named mahomes are inches away from being one? Rodgers and brees are legends and only made it to one each. For most teams he's good enough to give you a better shot. Damn right you mortgage your future for that.

Shit, teams are so desperate they're flinging mega contracts at Wentz, Dalton, and soon Dak and lamar and baker.
