We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.

FFS, take a 6th and include our 7th. Take ANYTHING just to be able to control where he ends up.
It isn't that he's necessarily gonna make a ton more than the $14 that's so bizarre here - he may well not. It's that 5 teams are gonna chase him, only 1 is gonna get him and the other 4 are going to throw big money at worse players anyway.
How the !@#$ do you not convince some team "hey, tell ya what, let's just take the risk out of this and make the deal so you KNOW you have him and aren't out there chasing scraps...."
I just don't see how Veach couldn't get a market of any sort for him when Olivier Vernon coming off a LESS healthy, LESS productive season than Houston and who carries a higher cap hit that Houston would've for the next two seasons returned a damn good guard in Zeitler. There should've been a market here.
This! What if Houston goes to Faders and he gets to hit PM2 twice a year? Or the Pats / Colts and we get to face him in the Playoffs. :-) [Reply]

Brown thing isn’t going to work out. He’ll be clashing with Gruden and Carr by mid season.
Paying premier money for a RB who hasn’t played in almost two years by September is going to be a bad, bad move.
They are in a division with Patrick Mahomes. They know they have to be able to score in order to keep up.
Yeah AB is a head case but they got him for peanuts. He’s still one of the most talented receivers in the league and far better a talent than this draft provides.
It also doesn’t matter if they spend on LeVeon Bell right now. They started with about $59 million and added much more trading Osemele’s incredibly bloated contract away. They just have money to spend regardless.
If anything they actually get the picture while Denver has a pop gun offense. [Reply]
Lots of big backers that Spags has liked in his lineup. Not a list of all stars but just looking at height/weight it’s plenty of 6’2-6’4 240+. Like Parcells and BB always liked their big LBs no matter the front... [Reply]

They’re already set to spend tons of cash this year though. So the cap space lies a little bit. [Reply]

& Elway is awful at Mgmt. Raiders will be better for sure - I'm not seeing anyone denying that. [Reply]
