I mean he struggled with us in 2019 because of some injuries but played awfully well when we put him out in that hybrid safety role after Thornhill went down and we shuffled guys around a bit.
I don't have anything negative to say about Fuller. He was a solid player here for a bit, a big part of our first championship and then went and got himself paid somewhere else. Then he was good and reasonably healthy all 4 years in Washington after going back to being a straight outside CB.
I mean I guess the surprising thing might be that he went from mostly being a slot corner earlier in his career to being almost exclusively a boundary corner as he aged. But he always had the physical tools to do it.
