I liked this better than season 2, but I just get tired of hands waving for some kind of power. It really looks stupid for Marvel heroes, magicians, teen mind control test subjects, or anyone. I've not been able to tolerate it since someone tricked me into watching a show called The OA. Man it stunk. [Reply]

:-) I enjoyed season one of The OA but season two wasn't really good at all.
I really liked Season 3, but am struggling with a loose end:
- Why did the rats, then hosts, obsess with fertilizer/chemicals? This was never answered. Did it help break down the hosts into fleshy, gooey messes that were absorbed into the megagorgon?

Just finished season 3 last night- overall a decent addition to the franchise. Very hard to recreate the magic/atmosphere from season one but Stranger Things has a ton of likeable characters that carries them through.
Seems as if they left the ending a little ambiguous to leave the door open for season 4. [Reply]
I was just talking to my brother about "the American" at the end. He thinks it might be Murray. He said he didn't notice Murray with the rest of the crew in the end scene.

His character arc has been awesome and great to see it...normally his type of character would've been disposed of in Season 1 but they flipped it on it's head and outcome is tremendous.
Finally got done last night with the season and finale....and Jesus Christ it wrecked me.
The last 20 mins. or so are right at the top for me of any show ever.
